Howdy! We are GREAT about setting up apartment tours! And it’s a free service that saves you a lot of time!
Scheduling tours can be a HUGE pain! It’s often very difficult to reach apartments to confirm tours. It’s also important to schedule tours in a good geographic order so you aren’t backtracking on the day you tour – saving you time!
We are happy to take care of this for you! Here’s a little of how we do that:
- Call or text us to schedule your tour
- We use our private software to efficiently schedule tours for you.
- Then on the day of the tour, we send you a complete tour schedule including times to visit each apartment, along with links to navigate.
- We even send reminders to start driving to the next tour!

Note: We recommend that you have Howdy New City Call first just to help you understand the best areas and to also get an apartment recommendations list. We also recommend that give us atleast a few days notice because apartment buildings fill up quickly for tours…typically about 7 days in advance or greater should work.
