In addition to scheduling live tours, we have a growing library of detailed apartment tours on video. There’s never been anything like this ever attempted. But we already have 100s now on video! And wow, they are HUGE time savers!!!
Basically, we go and visit the best apartments in each city ourselves. We take same tour you would take if you went yourself, except we go into much more detail! This is just a little of what you usually see on our video tours:
- The model one and two bedroom apartments
- Every key amenity: Pool, gym, etc
- Lobby, garage (important)
- We even walk AROUND the neighborhood where the apartment is so you can get a feel of the area where it’s located.
We break up each part of the tour into typically about 8-12 videos per apartment. That way you can focus on just a few areas, or watch them all!
When you sign up for our free service, we will send you access to those free tours. You can use them instead of taking live tours…or just to validate the ones you want to tour in person later. Either way, they work great!
